convenient location efficient check-in quiet room fresh breakfast
I found the location very convenient, especially with its proximity to the main train station. The check-in and check-out processes were both quick and efficient. The room was quiet,. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh breads, meats, cheeses, and cereals. It was adequate for my needs.
The bathroom had a slight odor. This was somewhat bothersome.

A Gem in the Heart of it All!
superb location good view charming area friendly staff
The location could not have been better. It was a short walk from the train station, convenient after a long journey. My room included a good view of the majestic mountains! The breakfast area was very charming, and the food was certainly simple but satisfying, and the coffee was AMAZING!!! The staff was efficient and friendly. I loved it all.
The lift seemed a bit slow. I just used the stairs. It wasn't a big deal, but still a slight inconvenience.

The hotel provided a bus and tram pass, valid for the duration of my stay. It was also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Luggage storage was available and I had access to bathroom facilities after checking out, a thoughtful touch.

The hotel is close to many main attractions and also public transport. The railway station is within walking distance, a huge plus when arriving with luggage. Vapiano's is across the street, and a supermarket is just a minute away.

the location was excellent. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was polite and helpful with directions. breakfast offered a good variety, including pastries and fresh fruit (i loved the croissants!). free street parking nearby was a definite plus.
the bathroom was rather small, making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably.

the location worked out really well it was a short walk from the train station i also appreciated its proximity to the city center the breakfast area was a definite highlight for me the food presented was basic yet satisfying and plentiful i found the room to be adequate with sufficient space for clothes storage the bed was also quite comfortable
the check-in process could be improved as it only begins at a specific time i found myself waiting in line with many other guests upon arrival

perfect location ample space breakfast selection
the location was perfect. a short walk from the train station, it allowed for easy access to everything. the family room offered ample space, a benefit for travelers such as me. breakfast impressed with its selection.
i must admit the check-in time was a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage.
